The Sales Appointment Setter role is essential to:
- Starting conversations with real estate agents
- Qualifying them through our AI messaging system
- Booking high-quality demo calls for our Sales Advisors
- Managing follow-up, CRM notes, and pipeline activity
- Collaborating with the sales team to support high closing rates
You’ll be contacting leads generated through AI-powered outreach systems and Paid Advertising. Once a prospect is qualified by the AI (with clear buying signals), you’ll jump in to continue the conversation, confirm fit, and book them into a sales call.
This is NOT a lazy sales job. You’ll be expected to think on your feet, write sharp replies, and handle objections confidently. You’ll need to be quick, consistent, and outcome-focused.
This role is remote and full-time. You’ll have KPIs, structure, scripts, and support — but how much you make depends on how well you perform. Top performers consistently bank well above base.
