Icon Media Co is a fast-growing performance marketing company helping real estate agents dominate their market and grow their listing pipeline without cold prospecting.
We work exclusively with motivated real estate professionals and deliver a done-for-you appointment setting system that books appraisals directly into their calendars. Our service is high-ticket, proven, and in-demand — which means our closers spend their time speaking with qualified, interested agents, not tire-kickers.
We’re now looking for high-performing Sales Advisors who can own the full sales process — from inbound Zoom demos to outbound follow-ups and pipeline conversion.
This role is 100% commission-based with no cap on your earnings.
Top Advisors earn $12K–$15K+ per month, with even higher upside for closers who consistently hit quota.
The Sales Advisor role is essential to:
- Running high-quality Zoom demo calls
- Educating prospects on the offer and process
- Qualifying and closing deals on the spot
- Following up on pipeline leads from AI and appointment setters
- Tracking activity in the CRM and submitting daily performance
- Collaborating with setters and CSMs to ensure client handover
This is not a “chill” closing role. It’s fast-paced, high-standard, and performance-driven. You’ll be expected to close across inbound, outbound, and follow-up. You’ll need to bring energy, ownership, and authority to every conversation.
We expect you to:
- Show up sharp and prepared
- Follow process, while also reading the room and adapting
- Handle objections with calm confidence
- Stay accountable for CRM activity, pipeline hygiene, and daily demo logging
You will be trained, supported, and given a highly converting offer. But the responsibility to win is yours.
